- Using a proprietary questioning methodology, your client responds to a series strategically designed questions and completes requested data about their organization and operational characteristics in the 12 areas of focus.
- Upon completion of the data entry, our certified consultants contact the prospective client and review the data with leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency.
